There truly is not enough good things I could say about this company. These guys came in after a previous contractor completely destroyed my house. What they did in turn was nothing short of magical. They were on time, always communicating, and very punctual. They were always clean with their work and never left a mess. The project was slated to be 3 days and it took exactly that. We had Ohio Flooring Expert refinish about 1,800SF of wood floors in our newly purchased home that we were renovating. I had received a couple estimates from other contractors and am very glad we proceeded with them. They were very communicative, professional, friendly, and overall very enjoyable to work with. We had a couple small add-ons to their scope and were very fairly priced. We had them infill some areas with old radiant heating grilles and they did an amazing job at making it look seamless. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone looking to have their wood floors refinished! ~ Jeff W

I had one broken floorboard that needed to be replaced. One company wouldn’t return my calls, the other said it would $150 just give an estimate and based on the photo, at least $750 to do the repair. Frank called me back immediately, came out within a couple of days, got me an estimate quickly, and once I signed it, cam out the next day and fixed the floor in a couple of hours for $250. Very happy with the responsiveness, price and repair! ~ Ultimate B
